Cookie Dough. In a minute. And Healthy. Does it get any better?
Ingredients (recipe adapted from Vegetarian Institute)
* 3 cups dry oats (blend dry oats in a blender or coffee grinder first until an almost flour is formed – this helps to keep the dough smooth)
* 2-3 scoops vanilla or chocolate whey protein
* 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
* 2 TBSP low carb chocolate chips, I used Lilly’s Dark Chocolate baking chips (unsweetened baker’s chocolate like this one here is another, less expensive alternative!)
*Optional: For added flavor, you can add 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut shreds

This sounds delicious! I am no cook or chef in anyway but for simplicity could you just use almond flour instead of grinding the oats? Or would that totally change the flavor?
I think that would work really well! If you try it, let me know!
