As someone who has struggled with the highs & lows of weight loss and weight gain (you can find my own weight loss transformation here), I love to see inspiring transformation photos to really kick my butt into gear. I follow a lot of fitness & health instagrammers & bloggers and find inspiration in their food prep, workouts, and their incredible transformations. Below is a short list (definitely cannot incorporate all that inspire me here!) of inspiring transformations I just had to share!

  1. Healthy eating truly doesn’t have to be restrictive. It’s more about your mindset towards the food you consume and balance. Pair that with a proper exercise program you could be on a good weight loss path. What’s important is to stay motivated because it takes patience and experimentation.
