I am obsessed with meal prepping. Every Sunday, I go through all my favorite recipes that I’ve pinned or booked throughout the week and decide what would be craveable (& easy!) for the week ahead. I typically prep low carb, keto friendly recipes with the macros that work for me (you can read more about that here).
These recipes are what I’ll make for my work lunches. I am a pretty simple breakfast person, just a yogurt with paleo granola, but sometimes I will go all out and prep for that meal as well. If you’d be interested in seeing my favorite breakfast bowls, let me know in the comments below!
