I’m a snacker. I just can’t help it. I’ve tried eating slightly bigger meals or chewing gum but I can’t shake my mid-afternoon munchies. Instead of harping on something I can’t (let’s face it, won’t) change, I’ve decided to keep my snacking, but snack smarter.
I love to meal prep, so I’ve started meal prepping quick and delicious low carb, keto snacks to take to work, tossing in my purse or just to keep in my fridge or pantry to have something quick to grab and munch.
If you’re anything like me, do yourself a favor and whip up some of these snacks to keep on hand & keep you on track with your low carb, keto lifestyle!
Celery Sticks & Chive Cream Cheese
Pepperoni & Sharp Cheese Rounds
Boccacino: this mozzarella is small and typically comes in a small tub, perfect for snacking! Pop 1, 2 or 3 for a tasty and satisfying snack! These also pair well
Macadamia Nuts
Jerky – there are tons of different variations out but just watch for added sugars and chemicals. It’s insane how much sugar is snuck into regular jerky! You can get my fave jerky here –it has zero sugars and zero carbs and tastes SO YUM!
Pickle Rollups
I’m obsessed with pickles & even more obsessed with simple, few ingredient recipes. This recipe is also great because you can change up the main components without worrying too much about it changing your carb counts. Slice the pickles in half, use your fave spread or lunchmeat & you’ll be satisfied!
Get the recipe from Pip & Ebby here.
Pork Rinds
Handful of Low Carb Berries like Blueberries
Hard-boiled eggs
Salt and Vinegar Zucchini Chips

YES! Love cheese crisps! I put them on salads instead of croutons.
