It is so good – chewy, a little cheesy and fluffy. Anyone that has been dying for a sandwich or something to dunk into soup or a soft-boiled egg, do not hesitate, your time is NOW.

The BEST Low Carb Keto Bread You Will Ever Eat

1 3/4 cup almond flour, I use Bob’s brand
2 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 tbs baking powder, I use Rumford’s brand
2 oz cream cheese
2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes, I like Bob’s brand or Bragg’s best!
2 large eggs

1 egg
Pink Sea Salt, I use Sherpa’s brand (fine or extra fine works for this nicely!)

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in either a double boiler on the stove top or in the microwave. Stir often to incorporate both together smoothly then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Divide mixture into 6 portions and plop onto an oiled cookie sheet. This is where the optional egg comes in. You can stir the egg and brush a layer onto each portion then sprinkle with salt. This will help give the bread a crunchy crust.

Cook for 10-12 minutes (until the bread turns a golden brown) then take out of the oven to rest for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

    Several years ago I attempted to make homemade bread …. my daughter and I had to toss it in the backyard, our dog even growled at it.

  4. My husband loved these rolls. He said they were the best I’d tried since we’d gone low carb. I used parmesan instead of nutritional yeast because I didn’t think he’d like the yeast. Couldn’t really taste it though. Not a big cheesy flavor at all.

  7. Got the email with the link to the recipe today & within minutes I was in the kitchen making this bread. My husband enjoyed one of the 6 immediately after coming out of the oven (slathered in butter of course). He loved it as much as I did and he’s not doing keto! If I knew how to post a picture here I would because they were beautifully shaped & golden brown in color. I did have to cook longer than 12 minutes to achieve the color. I will be making again but next time I will divide into 12 (little big for me @ one sitting but trust me that’s not a bad thing lol) & I may add some other toppings like poppy seeds or sesame seeds or everything bagel. Very easy to make, smelled delicious cooking & pretty tasty. Thanks for my new go-to bread recipe ♡
