There was nothing that I missed more when I went on keto than sandwiches. As Liz Lemon so perfectly summed up, “I believe that all anyone really wants in this life is to sit in peace and eat a sandwich.”
Give me a sandwich & I’m happy. Every year on my birthday I throw a Sandwich Day – a day where my friends gather together and we eat sandwiches & drink wine together. Seriously. My love affair with bread is the real deal.
And not just bread – give me a good bagel, a crunchy cracker or a simple piece of toast & I’m happy. But this love is not easily attainable on keto – keto is low carb, bread is the devil type of diet, right?
Wrong! You can still indulge in a bagel or sandwich or crackers while still being true to your keto lifestyle. I have tried out the recipes & bought brands who claim to be the real thing. Out everything I’ve tried, these recipes and brands reign supreme.
Hope you enjoy! But if I missed your fave brand or recipe, let me know in the comments below!
Fluffy & Cheesy
This one is from my blog and I am including it on this list because it really is just that good! It’s fluffy, cheesy & dense – perfect for a hearty sandwich or sub!
Zero Carb Sandwich Bread
This one is a great, sliceable loaf perfect for your everyday sandwich. Fluffy but sturdy, pile on all your keto faves and start noshing!
Flackers are a crunch, tasty little cracker made out of flax seed. They come in a variety of flavors, all of which I adore. My faves are the savory kind & the rosemary. If you have ever tried a seeded cracker before you will definitely keep these as a staple in your pantry!

If you want a wrap, these are a lifesaver! With 6 grams of net carbs, the tortillas make the perfect vessel for all your sandwich needs. Pro-tip: slice them into mini triangles, spray with EVOO and salt then bake until crispy for perfect dippers!

The Best Ever Bagels
These bagels are so GOOD & so easy to change the flavor. Follow the easy directions & I know you’ll be in love. I like to make half a dozen during my meal prep & freeze a couple for when I just NEED a bagel (living in NYC and smelling fresh bagels every morning will do this to you).
