I always find buying gifts for my Dad to be super difficult. He never wants anything and doesn’t really seem to ever really like what he gets as gifts haha. But the one thing I know my Dad likes (and I’m sure yours too!) is food. Food is always a fun gift and I know my Dad always appreciates it since he tears into the box or package right in front of me! He also loves a good gift card so I’ve included in a few of them as well.`

Dad’s With a Sweet Tooth
If your Dad is a chocolate guy, this is the gift for him. KetoBark is high quality, no sugar added chocolate with a nice crunch from almonds, hazelnuts or coconut (my fave is the almond bark). Each serving only has 2 net carbs and is individual wrapped so Dad can indulge without going overboard.

Fat Snax Cookies
Some days all you want is to sit down and enjoy a delicious cookie. This isn’t the easiest task on Keto because most of the baked goods really aren’t like the real thing. Which is always a total bummer. But after trying Fat Snax cookies, Im a believer! These cookies are sweet, chewy and decadent. I love all the flavors and each cookie only has about 1-2 net carbs!

Dad’s Who Miss Their Favorite Foods
Cauliflower Pizza Crusts Gift Card
Every Friday since I can remember, was pizza night. I think it started as an answer to what to eat during Lent and just stuck around. Unfortunately pizza is the most Keto food, unless you want to order a whole pie and eat the toppings off (hey, we’ve all been there!). My solution is cauliflower pizza crusts. My favorite are Cauliflower crusts for a couple of different reasons. They taste the best out of every crust I have ever tried (and I’ve tried almost every brand and homemade recipe), they have the lowest net carbs (only 3 net carbs for the whole pizza!) and they come in a variety of flavors like Italian, spicy jalapeño, completely plant based and more!
I was SO sketible when the air fryers hit the store. They claimed that they could cook a pound of chicken wings, for example, to extra crispy perfection with just a tablespoon of oil. After hearing my sister rave about hers, I paid her a visit for an official taste test. The wings we cooked up tasted amazing! Absolutely perfect, crispy and tasty, I couldn’t believe it! An air fryer is a great way to make wings, crispy veggies and more. Plus the one I’ve linked comes with a cookbook with over 50 recipes!

Dad’s Who Love a Good Book
If your Dad loves science and how our bodies react to our diets this book is for him. Genius Foods outlines the connection between what we eat and different diseases, even neurological diseases. The book’s author, Max Lugavere, started this journey of food discovery after his mother was diagnosed with a neurological disorder. Max then took a journey of reading everything he could and speaking to nutritional experts on how our diets affect us and how Keto might be our best brain and body saving diet.
