My new favorite solution? Lettuce wraps! Lettuce wraps are sturdier enough for ay sandwich, are refreshing, ad taste amazing! They travel well ad are perfect for break or lunch on the go.
Keto Turkey Club Lettuce Wrap
What You’ll Need:
Bacon (crisped up however you prefer it)
Avocado, pitted and sliced
Tomato, sliced into rounds
Mayo (I actually used ranch!)
What To Do:
Take 2-3 large, firm leaves of iceburg and lay them on top of each other. Slather on mayo then fill with a few slices of turkey, bacon, avocado, and tomato. Enjoy!
It really is that easy! The crunch from the lettuce, the creaminess from the avo, and the heartiness from the turkey make this a super filling and super satisfying meal!
