Keto Ham and Cheese Roll Ups (With a Pickle!)

One of the things I miss the most while being on keto are sandwiches and wraps. I love a good sandwich; anything from a simple ham & cheese to a brie and broccoli rabe pressed panini.
Even though I have an amazing bread recipe (you can find here), I sometimes just want a simple, no hassle wrap. This wrap has super simple ingredients that can be easily swapped to switch up the flavors.

This rollup is also delicious and filling with using simple, budget friendly ingredients! Also, I have the serving sizes for snack portions, for a meal, I would probably eat between 3-5 servings depending on my hunger level.

Keto Ham and Cheese Roll Ups

What You’ll Need
8 oz softened cream cheese, I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese
10 Dill pickles
10 large slices of ham (read the label and make sure there are no added sugars!)

What To Do
Slice the pickles into smaller slivers, lengthwise. Lay the slices on a paper towel. ** This step is optional, but I have found that if you cut them up, you are less likely to have a drippy mess when biting into your rollup**

Spread about an ounce of cream cheese onto each slice of deli meat. Add a couple of the pickle slices to the corner of each piece of ham and roll them up! Once all the slices are rolled, let sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so the cream cheese can set. Enjoy!
