This recipe is based off the best Keto mug bread recipe I have here. Even though both recipes are F-Factor and Keto approved, this recipe is made with less overall fat.
The BEST 90 Second F-Factor Bread You Will Ever Eat
1 tbsp almond flour (click for my fave brand)
1 tbsp coconut flour (click for my fave brand)
1 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp unsweetened nut milk
2 tbsp psyllium seeds (click for my fave brand)
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Microwave the mixture in a microwave safe mug for 90 seconds. Slice and enjoy hot with a little butter or slice and stuff with cheese and ham then pan fry on the stove. Yum!
