Collagen Matcha Latte
1 scoop collagen (I like this brand)
1 cup unsweetened nut milk (I like this brand)
1 tsp matcha (I like this brand)
1/2 cup hot water
Power whisk (I love this brand)
Matcha whisk, optional (I like this brand)
Whisk* 1 scoop of collagen and 1 tsp matcha into a 1/2 cup hot water. I also heat up 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk on the stove and when warm, power whisk** that until frothy (about 30 seconds). I pour the milk into the matcha and enjoy! This can be iced & I sometimes add sweetener.
