Better than a Big Mac! (Though you can find my fave Keto fast food choices here)
This salad is my new go-to for easy weeknight meals or work lunches. It comes together quickly, is super filling and is addicting, You will seriously want this for every meal!
Easy Keto Burger Salad
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 heads romaine, chopped (or your fave lettuce)
8 slices of bacon, crisped & roughly chopped
8 eggs, soft boiled
1 avocado, divided into quarters & chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chunky relish
1 ½ tbsp yellow mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
What To Do
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt & pepper. Over medium heat, brown the beef and break it up into large chunks.
While the beef is browning, combine all of the dressing ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Divide the lettuce, eggs (2 per bowl), avocado, & bacon between bowls and top with cooked beef and the Dijon mayo. Enjoy!
