Toss together a few veggies, olives and eggs and you have a meal!
2 eggs, fried with a cover
30 grams olives
150 grams veggies (I like spaghetti squash, zucchini, onion, carrots, and broccoli)
Chop the veggies and sauté with a little avocado oil. Stir until soft.
In another pan, heat a little butter over a medium flame. Crack two eggs into the warm butter and sprinkle with salt. Fry until your favorite consistency.
In a bowl, add the veggies and olives. Top with your friend eggs.
