It’s hard to get in a self care routine. Working a 9-5 & trying to launch an online business or blog is tough, stressful & time consuming, It is so easy to get rolled up in and lost in your work that you forget about yourself.
So here’s my challenge to you: Practice at least 1 self care ritual every night for a week and see how it makes you feel. I believe that following these self care rituals or starting your own as a way to own bedtime is the perfect way to get a great night’s rest and wake up ready to take on the day!

I am an avid reader and devour any book that crosses my path. I’m all over the spectrum when it comes to genres. I love thrillers, true crime, and basically anything Oprah tells me to read. In the past couple of years I’ve been adding marketing, entrepreneurial, & online marketing books to the rotation.

These books have helped to motivate me to blog more and to turn my blogging into a business where I make thousands a month easily.

The Best Books to Take on Your Summer Vacay!

If you are anything like me & have a commute where you can just sit and read, books are constantly in heavy rotation all year long. But a lot of people don’t have the luxury (this will be the first and only time I call my commute a luxury) of downtime to get to read so beach vacay is where it happens! Here is a list of the books that I think are must reads this summer!
