In total, I have lost 65lbs and have kept it off for 6 years thanks to a Keto & high fiber diet! There have definitely been moments of struggle, but I had to find my perfect little helpers so I wouldn’t fall off the diet!

Cauliflower Crust Pizza: Out of all the cauli crusts I have tried (homemade and literally every brand) these pizzas are absolutely amazing and the winner! With only 3 net carbs for THE WHOLE PIZZA, these crusts are delicious, crisp up, and are perfect with so many ingredients.
Flackers: these crackers are grain free, high in fiber & only 1-2 net carbs per serving! I love dipping them or serving up chicken salad! (You can get yours here)
GG Crackers: Be warned, these crackers do contain gluten/ wheat, but are also super high fiber and a great way to make avocado toast! They are low in calories, net carbs & fat but super high in fiber! (You can get yours here)
