If you are looking for a tasty and healthy breakfast that can be prepared in minutes, look no further!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced in half and stoned removed
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices crisped bacon, crumbled
Break 1 egg into each avocado half. Sprinkle each with salt, pepper, and crumbled bacon. Bake halves at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Optional: Sprinkle each half with your choice cheese for added flavor
