Before going Keto, my go-to breakfast was overnight oats. It was so easy – just throw some oats, nut milk and sweetener into a container and its ready to eat in the morning. I am always looking for something with the ease of those oats but gluten-free and dairy-free (important for anti-inflammatory reasons). Enter my new solution – overnight chia pudding!

The Ultimate Allergen-Free Keto Guide and Meal Plan
The number one question I get about the Keto diet is the “What if I don’t eat…(insert food allergy or food aversion here)” questions. What if I don’t eat eggs? What if I don’t eat gluten? What if I don’t eat dairy? Can I still do Keto? Of course you can! But allergens, rightfully so, are at the forefront of people’s minds when they start a new diet. I try to help as much as possible but I don’t have the experience or extensive research to help every single person out.
I am personally dairy-free and gluten-free so I know the struggle. A LOT of recipes I have found in the keto diet are packed with heavy cream and cheese so finding recipes that fit my needs were a struggle.

Skinny Cookie Dough (yes, really!)
I love cookie dough. To an almost gross degree. I may have bought those Tollhouse logs just to enjoy as an ongoing snack. But, alas, cookie dough is packed with sugar & fat and gives me a stomach ache since I can’t control myself. And since today is National Cookie Dough Day & I can’t not celebrate, I am on the quest to find a healthy alternative. I did a pretty good job with my 1 minute healthy cookie dough recipe I posted a few weeks ago but I love to switch it up.
