Keto fat bombs are small treats that are high in fat and low in carbs (so, literally a fat bomb). These little bombs are awesome when you need something sweet, but also work as a quick breakfast, as a yummy snack, a pre or post workout snack, or really whenever you need something quick & keto throughout the day.
I am absolutely obsessed with Chinese food. OBSESSED. And with living in New York I am surrounded by delicious and authentic Chinese American food. The spices, the heat, the sauces—it is my go-to for comfort food.

I love pizza. Like a pizza fanatic right here. And living in New York, I am absolutely SURROUNDED by incredible pizza on almost every street. Smelling the incredible flavors wafting from the slice shop to the street is almost too much to bare, so I head home and make homemade pizza that could rival any parlor or hut.
