Hi, all my beautiful busy people! Right now I’m balancing working full-time, freelancing, school & life. I’m sure that doesn’t even begin to describe the crazy schedules some of you are keeping. In these crazed, stressful times I’ve noticed that health & fitness can take a backseat which neither myself or my waistline love.

Happy Friday & happy long weekend! Whenever there is a three day weekend, I always plan a lot of things – hang out with friends, clean the house, workout every day, plan an epic meal prep, and try a little self-care to finish up the weekend.

Most of that turns into shoulda, woulda, coulda & I spend my weekend sipping margaritas & lounging in front of Netflix. This weekend will be different! No, really I swear. Having a health & fitness community of over 3 million people on Pinterest, I’ve seen all the complaints. That eating healthy is too boring or expensive or time-consuming. And that staying fit is too expensive too.

I can definitely say that I was in this same boat for a long time. Psyching myself out of healthy eating & living because I thought it would be impossible for someone on a budget. BUT after researching & trying out a ton of different methods, eating & living healthy on a budget is definitely my reality!
