I love keeping things simple when it comes to Keto. I’m not a fan of recipes with 30 ingredients, most of which I’ll only use once, and end up spending $50 to make something that has 2 or 3 servings.
Using whole foods on keto makes the diet easier and cheaper. Sticking to the essentials like eggs, avocados, bacon, and spices keep things reasonably prices, anti-inflammatory, healthy and low carb.
These deviled eggs are no exception. These are easy to make, DELICIOUS, inexpensive and can feed a crowd. How great is that?!

I love my Starbuck’s fix and all their food looks so tempting. You can imagine my excitement when they started carrying ‘low carb keto egg bites’! Like how cool is it that a chain would have something quick and easy and delicious for me to eat! Only when I double checked the macros, to my surprise, these egg bites have carbs and a good amount of them!
My copycat keto egg bites are easy to make, are even more delicious than the store-bought kind, and are only 2 carbs for each.

My biggest struggle when eating healthy is find a portable, healthy breakfast that isn’t super high in sugar (shame on you flavored yogurt and granola!). My quick fix are baked eggs on the run; filling, delicious, and won’t give you a sugar rush and crash!
