Out of the hundreds of slices of pizza I have eaten in my lifetime (NOT an exaggeration), I always find myself gravitating towards to Margherita slices. The tasty simplicity of the pizza really allows the good quality of the ingredients use to truly shine. And that’s the secret. Make sure every ingredient you use is good quality and something that tastes delicious on it’s own.
I love a good chicken parm. Crispy, salty, cheesy, crunchy – i’ts seriously the perfect food. And putting it over pasta makes it even more heavenly. Buuut the way a parm is typically made, it is not really keto friendly. Until now!
Before going Keto, my go-to breakfast was overnight oats. It was so easy – just throw some oats, nut milk and sweetener into a container and its ready to eat in the morning. I am always looking for something with the ease of those oats but gluten-free and dairy-free (important for anti-inflammatory reasons). Enter my new solution – overnight chia pudding!
When the chocolate cravings hit, they hit hard. I can’t focus, I don’t want to eat anything else – I just need to get my chocolate fix!
And when I need some chocolate, why not make it a double? These are a play on my Chocolate Chip Keto Dough but with an extra punch of chocolate goodness.
Keto fat bombs are small treats that are high in fat and low in carbs (so, literally a fat bomb). These little bombs are awesome when you need something sweet, but also work as a quick breakfast, as a yummy snack, a pre or postworkout snack, or really whenever you need something quick & keto throughout the day.
