Give me a sandwich & I’m happy. Every year on my birthday I throw a Sandwich Day – a day where my friends gather together and we eat sandwiches & drink wine together. Seriously. My love affair with bread is the real deal.
And not just bread – give me a good bagel, a crunchy cracker or a simple piece of toast & I’m happy. But this love is not easily attainable on keto – keto is low carb, bread is the devil type of diet, right?
