I love cookie dough. To an almost gross degree. I may have bought those Tollhouse logs just to enjoy as an ongoing snack. But, alas, cookie dough is packed with sugar & fat and gives me a stomach ache since I can’t control myself. And since today is National Cookie Dough Day & I can’t not celebrate, I am on the quest to find a healthy alternative.
