Spicy Keto Beef and Broccoli

I am absolutely obsessed with Chinese food. OBSESSED. And with living in New York I am surrounded by delicious and authentic Chinese American food. The spices, the heat, the sauces—it is my go-to for comfort food.

The only problem is that Chinese American style food is not exactly Keto friendly. The sauces can be loaded with sugar and soy, which are two big no-nos on Keto. They both can spike your blood sugar levels and send you careening out of ketosis in a snap.
