What is Keto?
When you eat something high in carbs, your body produces glucose. Glucose will then be used as energy instead of fat, which will be stored. When you substantially lower your carb intake, typically to 25 grams of carbohydrates a day, your body goes into Ketosis where you’ll use fat for energy.
